HAT is a Connecticut-based improv group formed in July 2015 and specializes in unique longform improv. Trained by Connecticut's very own Sea Tea Improv, HAT's team members consist of Rachel Drew, Alison Jalbert, Sean Morrissey, Tom Mutchler, Amanda Nadeau, Erica Willis and David Zboray. HAT delights audiences with the bat, a unique longform improv style performed in the dark using only audio. By focusing on scene construction, game and clear communication, HAT creates strong, grounded characters. HAT has performed at The Great Make Believe Society Improv Show at The Buttonwood Tree and at Sea Tea Improv’s Longform Showcase at Billings Forge. As self proclaimed poets, artists and geniuses, HAT’s members bring fun, logic and silliness to the stage.
